Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of EconSharp's newsletter and website. By subscribing or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
EconSharp is written for students, and delivered with the help of a third-party newsletter platform whose own terms require that account holders be 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be the one who creates and manages your account — including the email address and any billing details on file — on your behalf. This matches our sign-up flow, which offers a dedicated “subscribe for a student” path for parents and requires parental consent for younger grades.
Using EconSharp
You agree to use the newsletter and website only for personal, non-commercial purposes, to provide accurate account information, and not to attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
Subscriptions & Billing
See the Subscribe page for current plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account page. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Content Is Educational, Not Financial Advice
EconSharp explains economic and financial news for learning purposes only. Nothing in our newsletter, website, or polls is investment, tax, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness of any market data shown.
Third-Party Services That Power EconSharp
We rely on Beehiiv to deliver the newsletter and host reader-facing pages like login, surveys, and polls; Supabase to manage accounts and site data; and Resend for transactional emails. Your use of those hosted pages is also subject to Beehiiv's own terms.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Services, or go unused for an extended period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EconSharp after an update means you accept the revised terms.
